Is this normal?

I'm 14 weeks and 2 days. It's almost 2 o'clock in the morning so I can't really call my doctor right now otherwise I would... But I've been having some discomfort in my right side, a little bit of pain. I just went to go pee and saw some blood in my panties. It's not a lot, but I'm a little concerned because of the pain and discomfort. This is my first pregnancy so I freak out at the smallest things... My family has had a history of miscarriages. Every women in my family on my mom's side has had one except for my mom so I'm really scared I'm going to have one also...
