My daughter is 5 and a half months old and has been EBF since day 1! I am producing more then enough milk for her and she is growing just fine, but all my family seem to think I need to give her formula for every little thing . ex I had a drop in my supply when I got my first period so look like ur going to give her formula (I have a freezer stash). And I was just talking to my mom about how you have to wean a baby off breast milk and shes telling me to give her formula to do so.. I have no problem with formula feeding at all but when im producing enough and I made it this far I'd really like to see it to the end! Nobody in my family has made it this far with breastfeeding but they always have to have their opinions and it makes me feel like im doing something wrong constantly! I got so mad yesterday and just looked at my mom and said no im not giving her formula! Idk why this has bothered me so much but I just had to vent!!! Thanks for anybody who reads this!!
