6w2d and strong period type pains
Hi guys, anyone got any advice. I'm 6-2 and tonight I have quite strong period type pains in my stomach and back. I've not got any bleeding and feel mildly nauseous. Should I be worried about the period pains ? It's my first pregnancy and I'm very nervous. Thank you
