Boys come sooner? :/

Question

So someone told me boys on average come sooner. I was under the impression 1. That boys mature slower on average in utero and 2. It all just depended on the baby, regardless of gender. So just for giggles, at what week did your bouncing baby boys arrive?

I have 2 boys and 1 girl and they've all come within 4 days of each others gestational age. Gender doesn't change development pace, your due date is still 40 weeks regardless of gender.

My MIL was a week-2 weeks late with all 4 of her boys. My mom was 2 weeks early with my brother my sister was 3 days early with my nephew.

Both my girls came day before due date this is first boy so I can't vote on when he came bc he hasn't yet but I was always told boys come late not sure the truth in any of it.
