Anencephaly (Missing portion of the skull and brain)

Help ladies I know this birth defect isn't common it happens to 1 in 10,000 women in the picture below you can see she is missing her forehead . But I seriously need help. Doctors say she won't live more than a few hours. That being said I'll be giving birth vaginally ( high risk doctor recommended ). I don't want an epidural because I don't want to fall asleep before or after birth. Any recommendations for handling the pain. Due Date is April 29th.
