How would I know if I lost my baby ?

Hey everyone so I am wondering , I am pregnant and sometimes my baby isn't moving is this he sleeping or is just that he died inside of me and nothing came out ?? I am extremely worried and just recently got back my acct for nurture !

Because it's not moving doesn't mean it's dead 🤦🏻‍♀️ calm down, be positive and try drinking something cold and laying on your side. Baby doesn't have enough room in their so it will hardly move now unless it hears loud noises and such or when it's stretching.

It's okay for baby not to move all the time, he's probably just asleep or relaxing. You would know if you lost the baby, you would have extremely sharp pains and you would start bleeding. Unless you start bleeding I wouldn't worry or stress about it.

How many weeks are you? Try laying on your left side and drinking some cold water and see if that helps. If you're over 28 weeks you should be doing kick counts and if you're worried maybe call a doctor
