How many oz of water a day during pregnancy??

Just curious cause I struggle to get more than 60 oz and I was told that isn't enough.

Edit: I'm five foot six inches tall and weigh 126.

I've read either 100oz or half your body weight. Ex you weigh 120 lbs, drink 60 oz or 100 oz since it's greater. I'm 5'2 150 and I have a 33 oz water bottle that I refill 3 times a day and drink and it seems excessive but that's the only way I can go without feeling dehydrated

Omg when I was preggo with my first 12 years ago it was a measly 8-16oz

That's def not enough, especially if it's hot! Unless you're only very petite?

I'm drinking at least 4 litres every day (135oz) and my ob said it was a good amount but to increase on days of exercise and heat.

If you don't drink enough you will also hold on to more water in your fleshy bits :)

I've heard you need to drink your body weight in oz. I definitely haven't. So much nausea... 🤢

I do drink other things too like Gatorade so I don't have just the water to taste cause I get nauseos if I drink just water. The taste gets to me. Lol

I have been advised to drink 65oz a day. I'm 36 weeks and haven't had any issues with being dehydrated or anything like that.
