period 1 after d&c 😭😭

Omg I just posted yesterday that my first period after my d&c was so light ..... boyyyy was I wrong! It picked up significantly today and is so painful! I am passing a bunch of clots and went through a super plus tampon in one hour. Anyone else had a heavy/painful first period after d&c? Is the second period any better?
