So, I have this best friend I've know for all my life (25 years) we say we're cousins and call each other Sissy. Last year she was pregnant at the same time and coincidently I conceived in July too and I'm due April 17th her son was born April 7th. When I first became pregnant we were in babies r us & she was on the phone on the phone with her SO and he asked when I was due. She told him "April 17th, baby's trying to steal our babies shine" but she said it laughing and he responded "not really babe Aramis was born the 7th not the 17th". Anywho I was there for her pregnancy as much as I could and I know it's her baby's 1st bday in April but MOST of my pregnancy she's been distant and super close with her other best friend (which we don't really click well) so if she's with her I don't come around and vice versa. She's been doing stuff for her baby's bday in April for months!! I know it's her first and I'm not blaming her, but she could ask me to do stuff for her baby's bday together too and she doesnt. She got me the mamaroo and I got her the stroller+car seat last year. I was there when she gave birth so she wants to be in my birth too. Idk how I feel about that anymore. If I don't text her she doesn't text me.... she's always with her other friend and too busy doing her own thing. She went to a breastfeeding class w me yesterday and sounded very bored and like she wanted to leave (class was in babies r us) and then she went straight to shop for her child and everything was about her child. Idk anymore.... idk what's wrong with her. Also I couldn't afford a baby shower and she didn't even throw me a little sprinkle or get together nothing. Should I have her there when I give birth? I was in hers and I'm afraid she will get upset and never talk to me again. Please advise me.
