Is it cheating if your husband texts another woman behind your back that he found off a dating website and uses a fake name?
My husband did this. He claims it isn't cheating because they didn't trade nudes or meet/ have sex. But she is 20 and has 3 kids from 3 dads and is single and couldn't find anyone to babysit her kids for them to go on a date. Is it cheating?

If it breaks the physical, or emotional boundaries set in place in regards to your relationship than yes, it's cheating.

Who knows if he's actually physically cheated yet, but do you really need proof. He's already betrayed you and shown himself to be shady and a liar at minimum. Why would you tolerate that. If nothing else the intent was there, I'd be done. I went through that shit with my ex, they just get better at covering their tracks, they don't stop.

Even if you disregard that he found he on a dating site, the last line "so they could go on a date" makes it cheating. He was planning on going out on a date with her.

Omg!!! How do you know all of the info on why they haven't been out yet???😩 I would be fuming!!! When you are married there is no business to be had on a dating website.. and for him to try and make it seem like you are overreacting by justifying there were no nudes is pathetic!! I'm not going to say leave him, that is up to you..I will say learn to value yourself and I'm sure you will make the right decision..if it's counseling or speration or divorce that is totally up to you!!
