inverted nipples and breastfeeding

For all the ladies that are having trouble breastfeeding in inverted nipple.

When i was pregnant with my first child i had a problem so i went online and i got this i is so helped me a lot on it. I used it it take them out and i got to feed my baby, i had a problem when i use to put on my top on or a bra the nipple use to go back in.

A friend tolled me about nuts shell i cut that in half and i put in in my nipple so when i use to put on a top it would not press on and make the nipple go inside.
