What should you eat the day of your glucose test?

Doctor said I didn't have to fast for the 1 hour one, just that I couldn't eat anything else 2 hours prior.

What could I have for breakfast?

I'm thinking slices of turkey and crackers.

I always fasted. The one time I ate, I failed.

My OB told me to eat breakfast as usual, just don't eat something sugary like cookies right before.

I fasted because mine was in the morning anyway, but my doctor advised no carbs. So maybe an omelet with cheese and vegetables.

My doc said u can eat anything .. I ate a bagel and had a cappuccino .. went in and passed the test . Good luck!

My midwife gave me a meal plan which was two scrambled eggs, two slices of whole wheat toast, and water. I passed with an 80.

Only eat protein, I did 2 boiled eggs. It will balance out the sugar.
