I'd check with your ob/midwife on the lavender, since there's some info that it can cause contractions.  But a bath in general is fine as long as it's not super hot.

I like to take baths and when I asked my obgyn he told me as long as the water is not hot enjoying to make my skin  red I'm okay. But becarful what bubble bath you ise, some will cause infection, contractions, and rashes
