I have been doing a lot of research on different suppliments to help with different things. Feeling like I have a ton I want to take daily!! What does everyone else take daily?
Right now my neurologist suggested butterbur and riboflavin for my migraines. I am also taking magnesium for migraines and drinking spearmint tea two times a day for excess hair. Also taking prenatal vitamins! I want to take some suppliments to have regular periods as well. Is this too much to take?!?!
