My baby is 19 weeks and she sleeps through the night and always has. However the last few weeks she has nightmares I think. She cries in her sleep. It's so sad I have to wake her up and comfort her because she cries so bad. She also is very wiggly and tosses and turns makes a lot of noises but she's asleep. How can I soothe her in her sleep? Does anyone else's baby do this?
