Obviously asking this your going to get answers from the people that have experienced or seen it, but the chances are very slim if the potty shot is a really good and clear shot at an old enough gestational age.

This happened to my cousin. They were told they were having a boy based on the ultrasound and found out it was a girl at an ultrasound about a month before she was due. This was my aunt's 1st grandchild and she had gone crazy buying boy clothes. Probably enough for the baby's 1st year. She had already washed and organized everything before they were told the baby was actually a girl so she couldn't exchange/return anything. A family friend had a boy soon after and was the lucky recipient of a full wardrobe for her baby.
