So i know stress can delay a period but can it make a period last longer 
I've been on my period for 5 days now and still have a steady flow whereas normally I'm on it for 3 days with a light to medium flow and then it stops in the third day 
*im on the bc pill which regulates my period so I've never had a period longer than 3 days since being on* 
Nothing in my diet has changed. I'm going through a lot of stress right now and my mental illnesses are playing up so I was wondering if this could make my period last longer or if I should just go to a doctor
