What did you eat when you had nausea?

I have terrible nausea everything I eat I throw up...I go the whole day without eating anything. I don't get hungry and everything so far makes me sick
I tried small meals, and crackers by the way.

Was wondering what food did u eat while feeling this way? Maybe I'll try some.

Definitely don't let your stomach get empty - it makes the nausea much worse. Saltine crackers were my friend. I found that sucking on peppermints throughout the day really helped keep the nausea at a tolerable level. I know it seems never ending when you're in the middle of it all, but it will get better. Hang in there!

A handful of almonds before I even got out of bed and then various cheese products throughout the day. I also highly recommend Unisom tablets in combination with B vitamins every 4-6 hours! I was like you and couldn't even keep down water, let alone crackers. But the pharmacist recommended that and it worked better than the medicine the doctor gave me!

I would drink a vitamin water (with the b6 vitamins) before even getting out of bed. And snacking helped tremendously. Never let that stomach get empty. It just exacerbates the problem.

Fruit was my lifesaver. And it went in stages. Cantaloupe and honeydew, then nectarines and plums. Right now I'm loving blackberries.

I have been sick from 6 weeks to present 26 week. I throw up everytime I try to eat. Nothing really stays down and I have tried everything.  Right now yogurt is my only friend. I hope you feel better soon.
