Rainbow Baby after ectopic

So I had an ectopic pregnancy in November 2016. I had most of my right tube removed so it no longer functions. We had been trying for over a year and we got pregnant our first round of Clomid. My doctor wanted us to try conceiving without Clomid for 3 months after the ectopic to see if we could do it on our own. Well we found out we're expecting out rainbow baby in October so I'm currently only 5 weeks along. At first I was being super positive about everything, but now I'm scared. We have to wait 2 weeks for the ultrasound and I'm kinda freaking out. Has anyone else had an ectopic and their next pregnancy was perfectly normal?
