Iv been ebf since my son ws born 7 months ago and iv maintained my milk supply perfectly with mothers milk teas and pumping on the side

I do notice my milk is less when im stressed out (iv got a 3yr old) but i always managed

2day iv had the worst day iv had in years and im pretty much dry😭😭 breasts both seem empty.. Since noon

Havent been able 2 pump anythng more then an oz and can usually pump 4oz an hour after iv fed baby

Has this happened 2 any1 else b4? What do i do? Relaxation is off the table

Im panicking.. Baby hasnt gotten anythng and he ended up crying hmslf 2 slp

Cant gv hm a bottle cuz he refuses them
