What do you do to keep your little one(s) from going near it or touching it?

We have an 18 month old and a baby due in April. The house we are moving to has a big wood burning stove in the middle of the living room. My daughter understands no, but she's a daredevil and likes to live life dangerously.

So how do we keep them from touching it or playing on/around it?!

Any baby gates or ANYTHING we can put up to help prevent a terrible accident from happening?!
