Has either helped anyone conceive or regulate period or ovulation??

Someone just told me yesterday that they used Vitex and ended up getting their BFP

I O regularly but I've been taking vitex to lengthen my luteal phase. It took 3 cycles and I'm now finally at 28 day cycle, ovulation on day 13/14. Hoping next cycle I get my BFP 😊 good luck and baby dust! ✨
