help me sleep!

Im 20 weeks and I can't get comfortable when I sleep. I try not to sleep on my back but it's hard because it's almost the only comfortable position. It must be our bed but when I sleep on my sides my hips hurt soooo bad. Like there's just a lot of pressure on them or something and it causes me to move to my back because I wake up in a lot of pain. I have a pregnancy pillow that's U shaped, but obviously it doesn't make much of a difference since I still have to lay on my hip when I'm on my side. What can I try to do to not be in pain?
