How often do you change or wash your bedding?

I change the pillowcases every couple of days, but the rest of the bedding every few weeks. I've read that pillowcases & hand towels are major bacteria hotbeds!

Our dogs sleep on our bed with us, so we try to change it every week. Most the time I will switch pillowcases every 2-3 days though because it helps keep my complexion clearer.

Often since my sons diapers have been leaking and I can't stand crumbs in my sheets with being pregnant. I've changed them like 3 times this week. Two diaper leaks and then too many crumbs. (We don't eat in bed. We have tile floors and hardwood so anything on the floor sticks to our feet and then gets into the bed.) normally lately it's been like once a week.

I have to wash my bedding every 2 days. I am allergic, severely, to dust mites which live in moist environments like bedding and carpet. I am also allergic to candida which is the natural yeast on our own skin and if I stay in clothes or bedding where I sweat too much it can cause a rash caused by that yeast thus a yeast infection anywhere on your skin. During the summer I have to shower twice daily and carry around a topical cream because I get rashes where my bras sit on my skin if I dont.
