car seat was *too* easy.
Got a Chicco KeyFit and just installed it according to directions, which I checked approximately five hundred thousand times. It was mega-easy to install and is super-tight. Made my 6'2", 230-pound husband throw all of his force into trying to get it to move. Not budging. So either all the jokes how much of nightmare car seats are to install are wrong, or I did this incorrectly. Give me some insight, people.
