TTC post IUD/Mirena??

Question

Hi ladies! I'm 28 yo, TTC for the 2nd cycle after removing the Mirena IUD (implanted for 2 years with regular, light AFs) my OBGYN said I would be immediately fertile after removal, and I'm just curious if anyone else has had any experience with this?

Has any once successfully conceived after Mirena and if so, how long did it take? Thanks in advance and baby dust to all!!! 💕

I had my mirena in for almost 2 years. I never had a period with mine either and it never came back once I got it taken out. I had mine taken out in July of 2016 and I got pregnant in Aug.
