5wk 3 days, no yolk sac or fetal pole ):

Hey y'all, so I had my first ultrasound Friday (5/16) & they were only able to find the gestational sac? My doctor said it could be a possible m/c ? anyone else not able to see the fetal pole or yolk sac & still have a successful pregnancy? I need hope!
