Was I right to move my blood work back two weeks?

Question

I decided to push my blood work to confirm pregnancy back two weeks. I am 4 weeks exactly today so I'll be 6 weeks when I go in to get a blood test. Am I crazy? Or did I do the right thing since it is still so early.

Answer

I went in at 3 weeks (the day of my missed period) to confirm pregnancy. I think if you missed your period you're in the clear to run bloodwork.
