I know this is crazy to even ask because I do have a son and have been through this, but I have found out I am pregnant again as they gave me a doctors appointment for literally tomorrow, the first appointment is usually an ultrasound? Correct? To see how far along you're? With my fist pregnancy they took me in at three weeks and did an ultra sound because I was very very high risk and only seen a tiny tiny dot and they had me come in every week till I was 12 weeks to make sure the baby was forming correctly, if I calculated right I am five weeks and two days, (I planned this pregnancy so I know when I was fertile and when I was supposed to ovulate)  so can anyone just let me know if that's usually what the first appointment is for?  CORRECTION IM ATUALLY FIVE WEEKS AND THREE DAYS IF CALUCATLED RIGHT
