significant symptom reductions currently 11 weeks 2 days any one else had this

So I'm 11 weeks 2 days and my symptoms have reduce a lot I still have the tiredness bloating gas sorry for tmi there and emotional a bit the reduction in my breast tenderness is what's really worrying me - any one else had this and then went on to have scan and baby is okay ? Or baby is here now even ?
