I'm a FTM, my son is 4 months old and for past 2 days i've started with fruit juice. What else I can feed him with?

Doctors here (UK) recommend breastmilk or infant formula until six months.  After six months they say you can start to safely introduce other foods - starting with cereals and vegetables. They suggest waiting to introduce fruit because if babies have fruit before other foods they can develop too much of a liking for sweet things.  There are lots of books and websites that provide information about weaning and you should also speak to your doctor.

It's best to wait until after a baby is 6 months old before offering juice. But even then, pediatricians don't recommend giving babies juice often, since it adds extra calories without the balanced nutrition found in formula and breast milk.
