Just now i accidentally ate ice cream with coffee flavor! Bcause im so craving for it, didnt notice it was coffee flavor! Is it ok? Im 5 weeks pregnant😥

A cup of coffe a day is fine....I think the go to is 200mg of caffeine a day is alright & at 5 weeks you'll definitely be fine

Coffee is still fine for you in moderation. Make sure you drink it early though, it can even help your little one get on a more normal sleep schedule when they're closer to their due date.

That's okay. You can still have coffee while pregnant they just suggest only a cup a day at the most because of all the caffeine. You could always do decaf too so you're body is still getting that coffee taste but without all the caffeine.
