Has anyone else had MIL problems during their pregnancy? Maybe I'm just being sensitive but every time I see my MIL she tells me that I look like I'm getting fat! I don't even know how to respond to it! The first time it happened I was just shocked. It hurts and it makes me not want her around right after the birth to poke fun at me and say hurtful things when I feel like I'll be vulnerable. Any advice on how to handle this? By the way, I do NOT feel like I look "fat"? I've gained the normal amount of weight and this is me this past weekend at my baby shower (33 weeks) where those words were the first thing out of her mouth in front of all my friends 😑
