Am I Wrong?
I found out yesterday (even though I already assumed this on my own) that my sister-in-law is upset that we didn't record telling her we were expecting. Like she bawled and whined to my mother-in-law yesterday. We recorded both sets of parents, and my sister. However, when we told her, my MIL was pushing us to tell her so we just kind of blabbed it out one day, spur of the moment. It was not what I had planned to do with her. It's been like 8 weeks since we told her and she is still upset. Yesterday, my Father-in-law said that she "might be a little upset" and then we learned she left my in-laws crying yesterday because she didn't feel "special." Am I a HORRIBLE person that I cried and wanted to scream when I found out. I mean REALLY? How selfish can you be? This IS NOT about you. If I'm being honest I wanted to wait much longer to tell her, but because we felt pressured to share, we did. But Lord forbid, we didn't get it on camera, so she feels like she's not important. I need opinions. Please tell me if I'm in the wrong.
