FMLA??
Do I qualify for fmla if I have only worked with a company for 8 months but have worked more than 1250 hours? Fmla says you have to work for them at least 1 year "and have worked 1250 hours" but then I've also seen it as "or 1250 hours"
Anyone else run into this?
