runny eggs?

I loooove runny eggs, "over easy, over medium" but aren't we not supposed to eat them while pregnant? I see other pregnant women eating them so just curious.

I think it's fine. Most eggs you buy are pasturized and even if they don't get cooked hard, they get hot. 
If you can manage to stomach runny eggs, go for it! Eggs are awesome for pregnant women!

I eat them all the time; if you cook them right, you are good. The best way to know is if the white part is still runny, then you didn't cook them long enough. 😝

I skipped in the 1st trimester, but now have them occasionally🙈

I had the same fear but I was told most our eggs are pausturized so it's safer. I used to ONLY eat my eggs over easy. Now I'll get over easy sometimes and try to switch it up with scrambled to be cautious.
