plan B emotions?

So I'm on birth control I haven't missed a pill since I can remember. I can't take it at the same time every night because I work but I take it as close to 10:30 as possible. My man and I ALWAYS use a condom. This time the condom broke. He caught it breaking pulled out and I freaked out. He did not cum in me or ever that day for that matter. Still I panicked and we got plan b an hour after the incident. What are my chances of getting pregnant? And has anyone felt super emotional right after taking the plan b pill? I took it two days before the start of my period.
