is labor near?

37 weeks pregnant, went to bed feeling really sore and crampy with some lower abdominal pressure. Woke up middle of the night really nauseous mixed with like a grumbly / hungry feeling that does not subside if I eat. Keep feeling like I'm going to have diarrhea but I don't. Although my last bathroom trip I did go, and the stool was very soft, it wasn't really diarrhea consistency. I feel like crap. Any insight? Maybe labor is approaching within the next week or so?
