Confused

My partner and I are not actively TTC currently, but we are more NTNP. My last period was January 28th. My cycle is usually wonky, but only by a week or so. On average, it is 23-25 days, with the occasional 31 (or shorter) here and there. Well, I was due to start February 21st, but Aunt Flo never came. February passed and I had no visit. To make it even more complicated, I had two periods in January (one on the 15th that lasted a couple of days and another on the 28th).

Any suggestions what to do, ladies? I already have a doctor's appointment set up, but can't get in for another two weeks! I took a pregnancy test on the 26th and it was negative. Should I test again?
