Do you still swaddle your +5 month old?🤔

My 5 month old loves to be swaddle😊 and likes white noise to sleep if i don't swaddle him he still sleeps but wakes up a lot😅

I remember those days. We had to break my daughter of swaddeling when she was six months. She could turn over and it was risky.  It took adjusting to but she now sleeps without any sort of blanket on her (I know she's a weirdo). It took us maybe a week or two to get into the habit of not swaddeling. She honestly slept better after that.

As long as he's not turning over in his sleep, it's safe, but you don't want to restrict his leg movement too much because it can lead to problems with hip development.
