PLEASE HELP IM IN PAIN

Last Saturday I had oral sex and it was the first time I had an orgasm while doing so. The first round I headed to the bathroom and pee. The second one, I tried but I didn't have enough time so I just went home and didn't pee, maybe until the next day. My vagina usually gets really sore for 1-3 days after sex, but just the vagina. Since the day after sex (Sunday) I realized that my clitoris felt "hard" like when you masturbate or are having sex. I was going to the bathroom frequently but still felt some pee inside me, like right after you have sex, like that "extra-pee". I ignored it for two day but now it's been 4 and I sat on the toilet to try to get it out but I couldn't. The thing is, it was 3:40 AM and I woke up feeling very bad. My period is almost here and I was having bad cramps before going to be. Woke up, went to the bathroom and felt like peeing and pooping but NOTHING and I still can feel my clit like "hard" and that extra pee in there. I spent an HOUR in the toilet trying to pee and I couldn't, I was getting close but nothing plus, I feel like it's connected to my bladder or something because I feel like a string inside my body on the right corner and there's a lot of pain on my lower right abdomen. I can't even poop, I feel that as I push the clit or urinary track expands too and I can't neither pee nor poop. I'm getting really desperate and don't know if I'm just cramping really bad and that's why I cannot poop but the pee situation is killing me. Is this an UTI? I don't have insurance that's why I don't want to go to the doctor. It's 4:40 AM and I'm crying myself to sleep if pain. I also tried masturbating to see if I could get the feeling of peeing but nothing. The pain went away but it came back. Help!
