sippy cups

Alright....my daughter was great at taking bottles from about 6 weeks old and did great until she was 6 months old and now only wants boob. She refuses any bottle cup and syringe! I have been dealing with this horrible deep wound on my nipple for 3 months and it won't heal bc I never get a chance for it to heal. It's getting unbearable and I need her to take a cup or bottle or whatever so I don't have to deal with this immense pain each day. Any cup she sees she blocks her face before I even come towards her. Any suggestions?
