Charlie horse?

Lol I don't know the correct term for a cramp in your muscles behind your leg. But this morning I woke up with one sooo bad I was literally in tears and rolling around in bed from pain. I know I'm supposed to do something to make it go away but the pain was soo intense I couldn't think.

Pickle juice! And when it happens, point your toes toward your nose. I have them pretty regularly despite drinking plenty of water.

Same here. I woke up this morning with a painful Charlie horse. But God it hurt!!! Lol. I know it can be a pregnancy thing, I had them with my first. But it can also be from dehydration.

I have been getting them too! I think eating more bananas really helps. I also had a family member say that pickle juice helps too!

I get them throughout the night, every night. I try to drink lots of water during the day, but it hasn't helped. When I start to feel it coming on I point my toes up towards my nose. That really helps me and makes the cramps go away.

Water and banana 🍌🍌🍌 high levels of sodium and low potassium can cause those Charlie Horses... I find that water and banana before bed helps

I've been getting these sooo bad I try to finish two glasses of water before I go to bed (yes I pee like 3 times before I go to bed.) Someone told me to try eating a banana before bed but that didn't work for me. Anyway when it happens, it's hard at first but just keep trying to bend your foot up.
