Anyone else going to bed early?

I'm only 4w4d, but I've been going to bed by 8:45 lately, and I would notmally stay up until 10:30/11:30. What new times are you going to bed? :)

Omg yes. Falling asleep at 7:30-8 and then waking up every half hour for no good reason. 😌 💤

Lately it has been 9:00. I can't make it past that time. Fatigue has gotten better. I'm 5 weeks today. I used to be a night owl going to bed at 11-11:30.

Yes, I declared it bedtime last nite and my husband was like 'but it's only 9pm' - he's lucky I held out that long!

I'm 4.6 and I am laying down all night, but actually asleep by 9! But I can't sleep in past 6 am. That doesn't help 😩

Yes. I keep looking at the clock for an acceptable bedtime to arrive. I'm 4w 2d. I'm a teacher though so I can't really tell if I'm tired because my kids have been wearing me out or if it's this pregnancy.

YES!!!! Bed early, and usually a cat nap when I first get in from work.

I'm 4weeks and 3 days and I've been going to bed at 8:30-9 but I've been having such a restless sleep !

Yes ! I was working nights before and I wouldn't go to bed in a daily basis until at least 1.30 am feeling fine .. I always joked about going to bed the next day ! 
I'm 5 weeks pregnant, don't work night anymore, wake up 3-5 a night to go pee or eat I'll be up between 9-10.30 cause I feel tired. in bed by 9 with my eyes all tired and dry. After 6pm I feel sleepy, and I feel like I'm pushing myself in the but to finish work and home tasks .. then I lay in bed and can't really fall asleep for another hour or 2 .. 
it's a big change but hey 👶🏼🙌💕😊
