Cold hands

Every morning my LOs hands are freezing. We have a heater in her room on 67 degrees all night. She is layered with thick pjs, long sleeve onsie, and a sleep sack. I also cover her with a light blanket (tucking it underneath her to secure it). Anyone experience this or have a solution??
