Late period on paragard

I had paragard placed in early January and had a very heavy period at the end of that month and into February. 8 days, heaviest bleeding I'd ever had, horrible cramps, the whole shebang. My second one was due on the 27th, but it's not here and the app is telling me I'm 4 days late. I've had all the cramps, but I've been spotting without any real bleeding for a couple days now. Has anyone else had this happen to them? One of the main reasons I got paragard was because I wouldn't miss periods on it, joke's on me right 😅
