LH Line Progression

I know that it does not matter if the lines on lh tests get darker each day as long as you get an equally positive strip the day of ovulation. However, the norm for me is each month the lh strips get darker leading up to ovulation. This is not the case this month?! I'm on CD 14, and the test line is super faint compared to my normal line on this CD. In fact, it almost looks lighter? I test everyday at 3 or darn near close to it.
