Taken Clomid 3 months....first time nipples double in size. Anyone have this happen?

Period is 8 days away. I'm having some weird symptoms but never like this. Only when I was pregnant before (13 years ago). My nipples....not areola....have literally tripled in size. I can't touch them at all. I've never experienced this so was curious if anyone has had symptoms like this & not gotten pregnant? I also have had heartburn last 3-4 days, areola is definitely darker in certain areas, extra bloating, stomach feels hard in pelvic area, eating changes, back pain but my damn nipples. Wtf!!! Anyone go through this? Are these clomid side effects or can I actually be preggers?
