Vaping and Breastfeeding
I breast feed my baby and have every since she wss born. I do Vape as well only 3Nic and I only smoke on it for about 20 min maybe 30 right after I breastfeed so Its about 1hr or 2hrs after I breastfeed again.
Does anyone else vape and breastfeed, I guess I still worry about if it's just as harmful as a cigarette
