Anybody else experienced this?

Every night my right arm falls asleep and it's so swollen I can't even make a fist. I already cut out salt from my diet and I drink a lot of water and tea!!! It's painful and sometimes have no feeling at all in my arm :( I'm 17 weeks pregnant. Help!

I've had both arms doing it... Just got a new tempur-pedic cloud pillow and I've not had it happen since! I think it was my neck and shoulders not being in alignment... It was pinching my nerves and making my arms fall asleep!

I've been struggling with carpal tunnel syndrome symptoms through my whole pregnancy so far (I'm 16 weeks). My symptoms are just like what you describe. But yes, you should get it checked out with your doctor.

I had the same on either side depending which side I sleep on, I have always slept with a pillow between my legs and I added one above it to rest my arm on- haven't had it since!

I think you should definitely talk to your dr about this, seems like it may be nothing but it could be a sign of something else. At the very least, maybe they have suggestions on how to avoid it.
